What it is
Molecule 02 is ideal for spritzing on during the summer (or whenever you want to feel as if summer is here!). This subtle scent is the antithesis of the type of overbearing, rich numbers that knock you for six. Instead, this is far more delicate and interesting – but just as alluring. As opposed to a floral bouquet, this is based around the single synthetic note ambroxan (a variation of ambergris, a rare and precious perfume ingredient). This vegan-friendly version (ambergris is a secretion from sperm whales) brings with it all the earthy, musky allure of the original, enveloping the wearer in a soft haze of warmth without being overpowering.

DESCRIPTION

This beguiling concoction is based around the single synthetic note of Ambroxan, an aroma-molecule that harnesses all the sweet, earthy, musky characteristics of natural ambergris, a commonly-used ingredient in perfumery. Like its cousin Molecule 01, 02 waxes and wanes throughout the day, fading, only to resurface just when you've almost forgotten you're wearing it.
